Shipping

How long does shipping take

We aim to ship all order on the day the order is placed, or on the day after if it is placed late in the day - unfortunately we cannot ship on weekends.

Current delivery expectations are 1-2 days. We will update this section if we become aware of delivery issues.

Is there a shipping fee?

We try to minimise the cost of shipping wherever we can. As such we offer free shipping on all orders over £9.95.

Below this total we have a standard shipment cost of £3.95, for a tracked delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes as a signature is required on delivery.

Do you ship to military addresses

Unfortunately we cannot ship to military address, and BFPOs at this point.

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?

We maintain an extensive list of payment providers. The current list is displayed on the checkout page.

Can I pay with multiple cards?

Unfortunately we currently require all payments to be made by a single card

Do you allow cheques or money orders?

Unfortunately we don't currently support payment through cheques, or money orders.

Order Issues

I've been shipped the incorrect product

We're sorry to hear this. Please contact us through the contact form above, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled immediately, prior to shipment, by contacting us.

If the goods have been dispatched we need to have the goods returned before we can process a cancellation.

Returns & Refunds

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Please contact us through our "contact us" form at the top of the page, and we will happily arrange this for you.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Alternative items can be sent, but the existing order needs to be returned and inspected before alternatives can be shipped in their place.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once items are received we will process a refund on the same day. Depending on your payment provider, it may take between 1 and 5 days to see the money arrive back in your account.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

This can be addressed in one of two ways, we can either add the value back to the balance of the original card, or issue a new card in the value of the refund. Cards must be issued to the original owner.

Product Use

My floatant has "spots", Why?

Our dedication to flavor ensures our floatant is infused with a maximum essence level. As such, some essence may not fully bind with the floatant, which is a natural part of the manufacturing process and does not impact product effectiveness.

I've caught a fish which isn't on your list. What do I do?
